
With over three decades of admissions experience, first as the Director of Admission at Fairfield University and then as an Independent Educational Consultant, Mary has helped countless students and their parents confidently navigate the complexities of college admissions.
Mary has been a professional member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association since 2001, and became a Certified Educational Planner in 2006. She earned a certificate in the College Advising Program at Teachers College, Columbia University, in 2017. Mary maintains her in-depth knowledge of colleges and universities through ongoing conferences, workshops, and in-person campus visits, during which she connects with students, faculty, and admissions staff.
Mary frequently presents workshops at local libraries and is active with several agencies dedicated to improving access to higher education for all students. She is on the board of the Fairfield County Symphony Society and enjoys playing the violin with the FCSS, the American Chamber Orchestra, and other ensembles. She is also an active member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.
